2026 Open Enrollment Benefits Wellness Incentives Overview

Wilkes University is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our faculty and staff. Full-time, benefit-eligible employees who complete approved wellness activities by November 26, 2025, can earn incentives for the 2026 benefit year!

Incentives include:

  • 💰 For Wilkes Medical Plan participants:

    • $250 HSA deposit (single coverage) or $500 HSA deposit (family/other tiers)

    • Or an equivalent reduction in payroll contributions for PPO $400 plan participants

  • 💵 For employees who waive Wilkes Medical Coverage:

    • $100/month (annual base pay under $62,000)

    • $50/month (annual base pay between $62,000–$100,000)

    • Proof of alternate coverage required

How to Participate:
Complete two of the following by November 26, 2025:

  • Commit to a physical or mental well-being practice

  • Attend an approved Wellness or HR activity

  • Read one approved wellness article

When you’re done, submit the Google Form
