Incentives include:

💰 For Wilkes Medical Plan participants:

$250 HSA deposit (single coverage) or $500 HSA deposit (family/other tiers)

Or an equivalent reduction in payroll contributions for PPO $400 plan participants

💵 For employees who waive Wilkes Medical Coverage:

$100/month (annual base pay under $62,000)
-
$50/month (annual base pay between $62,000–$100,000)

Proof of alternate coverage required

How to Participate:
Complete two of the following by November 26, 2025:

Commit to a physical or mental well-being practice

Attend an approved Wellness or HR activity

Read one approved wellness article
